About High Bridge Partners High Bridge Partners works with a national network of advisors, brokers, and law firms to support high-value client situations involving advanced tax strategies. We operate in complex transactions where traditional planning is often insufficient—helping advisors deliver better outcomes while maintaining full control of their client relationships. Role Overview This is a relationship-driven business development role focused on building connections with professionals who advise high-net-worth individuals and business owners. You will identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and facilitate qualified introductions to our legal partners. This is a lead generation role only — no closing required. What You’ll Do • Identify and engage business brokers, commercial real estate brokers, CPAs, and advisors • Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email • Build relationships through thoughtful, relevant conversations • Identify situations where tax strategy can improve outcomes • Facilitate qualified introductions to our team • Maintain consistent pipeline activity Compensation • Performance-based (1099) • High four- to five-figure commissions per successful referral • Earnings driven by closed business • No cap on upside Note: Revenue is realized after legal engagement closes, typically 60–90+ days from initial outreach.
