Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and highly organized National Account Development Manager to lead front-line customer engagement and pipeline development across the United States. This role is critical in identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospective customers, and supporting long-term account growth within the veterinary healthcare market.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and experienced in managing high-volume outreach while maintaining strong CRM discipline and communication. This individual should also have the willingness and ability to travel.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, calls, email, and digital engagement
• Manage lead and account activity within HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up
• Build and maintain a strong national sales pipeline through consistent customer engagement
• Partner with Account Managers and leadership to transition qualified opportunities through the sales process
• Maintain communication with existing customers to support utilization, retention, and account growth
• Support marketing campaigns, webinars, product demos, and customer meetings
• Track outreach activity, pipeline metrics, and conversion performance
• Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments
Qualifications
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account development, or customer engagement
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
