This is a remote position. Lead Generation & Outreach Identify and research potential clients within the entertainment ecosystem—including directors, producers, screenwriters, indie filmmakers, and production houses. Initiate outreach via email, phone calls, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), and relevant industry platforms. Strategically grow the pipeline of high-intent leads aligned with the product’s vision. Value Proposition & Sales Present a compelling pitch tailored to each creative's unique challenges in collaboration, scheduling, and production workflow. Conduct live product demos that illustrate real-time value and potential impact. Guide leads through the sales funnel—from first contact to sign-up and successful onboarding. Relationship Management Build and nurture authentic relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the film industry. Capture and document feedback to refine our outreach strategy continuously and product positioning. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and prospect data in Zoho CRM. Create and present weekly reports including: New leads contacted Demos conducted Trial sign-ups and conversions Feedback collected Sales pipeline status Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach—ideally within entertainment, SaaS, or creative tech. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of the entertainment/filmmaking landscape and how creative professionals work. Proficiency with CRM systems like Zoho CRM. Self-motivated, target-driven, and empathetic. Bonus Points If You Have Prior experience working with or marketing to the film industry. A network of creative professionals you can leverage.
