The Business Development Executive role focuses on selling digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory, managing a high-volume outbound pipeline, and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sell digital and print advertising to SMB consumer service businesses through high-volume outbound prospecting and calling
- Manage and grow an assigned book of business with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM, creating urgency to win new and renewal business
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to match client needs with LPi's digital and print solutions
- Travel overnight approximately 40% of the time to meet clients on-site within your territory
- Work in a hybrid environment in the field with clients and from your home office
Skills
- B2B or SMB sales experience
- Outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Consultative or solution-based selling
- Pipeline management and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Digital advertising, media sales, or SaaS sales background is a strong plus
- Territory or account management experience
- Resilience in a high-volume, rejection-resistant sales environment
