We are looking for a high-performance assistant to help expand the reach of the book and movement “Even On My Worst Day.”
This is more than a book — it is a mindset brand focused on resilience, discipline, and personal growth, supported by merchandise and community-driven experiences.
Your role is to help grow the brand through:
• Book signings and speaking opportunities
• Media exposure
• Retail and merchandise placement
• Brand ambassador growth
• Strategic partnerships
This is an execution-focused role for someone who can research, organize, and take action.
YOUR MISSION
Help expand the Even On My Worst Day movement by creating opportunities that drive:
• Book sales
• Brand awareness
• Partnerships and placements
RESPONSIBILITIES1. Book Signings & Book Tour Plan
Create a structured plan to secure book signings and organize a tour.
Venue Research
Build a target list of:
• Independent bookstores
• Schools and universities
• Churches and faith-based organizations
• Corporate offices and leadership events
• Conferences and community events
• Libraries and cultural centers
Geographic Strategy
Organize outreach in phases:
• Phase 1: South Florida / Miami area
• Phase 2: Florida and surrounding states
• Phase 3: National opportunities
Outreach Tracking
Maintain a spreadsheet that includes:
• Venue name
• Contact person
• Email / phone number
• Date contacted
• Response received
• Follow-up date
Execution Timeline
Create a 30–60 day action plan including:
• Research
• Initial outreach
• Follow-ups
• Confirmed bookings
2. Distribution & Platform Expansion
Research and identify platforms where the book can be distributed.
Also explore expansion into:
• Independent bookstores
• Bulk corporate sales
• School systems
• Faith-based organizations
For each opportunity include:
• Company name
• Website
• Submission requirements
• Contact information
3. Media Outreach Opportunities
Research media outlets where the book and mindset movement can be featured.
Include:
• Podcasts
• Radio stations
• TV shows
• Magazines
• Blogs
• Digital publications
• YouTube shows
For each outlet provide:
• Name
• Website
• Contact email
• Guest submission process
4. Library Distribution
Research how to get the book into libraries.
Include:
• How authors get books into public libraries
• Whether platforms like IngramSpark are required
• Steps libraries take to order books
• Opportunities for speaking engagements at libraries
5. Merch Placement (Books & Apparel)
Support placement of:
• Even On My Worst Day books
• Even On My Worst Day apparel
This includes:
• Identifying retail locations
• Coordinating placements
• Assisting with product drop-offs when needed
6. Brand Ambassador System
You will build and manage a brand ambassador pipeline to increase reach and sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Create Social Media Flyer
• “Become a Status Plus Ambassador”
• Offer: Free Book + Shirt
2. Build Signup Form Using
• Wispform
3. Daily Promotion & Outreach
Post DAILY in:
• Entrepreneur groups
• Fitness groups
• Book communities
• Streetwear groups
4. Goal
• Generate brand ambassadors
• Increase brand visibility
• Drive traffic, leads, and sales
COMPENSATION
This is a paid role with performance-based opportunities.
You will be compensated for:
• Research and outreach work
• Securing locations that carry the book or merchandise
• Coordinating placements and partnerships
