Job Opportunity: Lead Billing Specialist & Executive Operations Assistant • Role Type: • Full-Time, Virtual Office (Permanent Position with Camera Presence Required) Hours: M-F, 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM PST (Plus 1 weekend check-in & urgent coverage) Volume: Managing ~50 claims daily / 1,000+ monthly (Scalable with company growth) The Mission • As a "Number 2" to our Clinical Care Coordinator and a direct assistant to the Executive team (CEO/COO), you are the operational heartbeat of our clinic. • You will manage a high-volume billing cycle while seamlessly pivoting to clinical support, patient intake, and high-level administrative triage. We are a tight-knit team supporting a large remote provider network; we need a "black belt" in multitasking who thrives when wearing multiple hats. Key Responsibilities 1. High-Volume Revenue Cycle Management • Daily Claims: Accurately bill out ~50 claims daily, ensuring all documentation matches clinical notes. • The "Clean Claim" Expert: Take full ownership of the Reject/Scrub/Denial pipeline. You don't just see a denial; you investigate, correct, and resubmit immediately. • Invoicing: Daily payment collection and transparent financial tracking. 2. VA & Inter-Clinic Liaison • Referral Coordination: Serve as the primary lead for VA/Tricare/Triwest primary care client referrals. • Clinical Liaison: Act as the professional point of contact for external clinics, managing complex Records Releasesand referral tracking with precision. 3. Clinical Coordinator "Right Hand" • Seamless Coverage: Provide 100% coverage for the Clinical Care Coordinator during meal rests, vacations, or sick days. • Rapid Response: Ability to instantly pause billing tasks to answer high-volume phones/emails.
