We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing, family-centered ABA organization providing clinic- and home-based services for children with autism. BCBAs are supported by dedicated teams so they can focus on providing excellent care:
• Scheduling Team - Maintains consistent client schedules
• Quality / Documentation Support - Assists with report review, training, and compliance
• Billing Team - Handles claims and reimbursement processing
• Administrative Staff - Reception, floor support, and practicum student assistance
• Behavior Technician Recruiting & Training - Dedicated team hires and trains BTs
• Career Pathway for BTs - Structured development program to ensure strong, well-trained staff
