BCBA - REMOTE / TELEHEALTH - CA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time / Contractor (Telehealth-Friendly) Oak Soul ABA Therapy is seeking a motivated and efficient Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a growing ABA practice. This role is ideal for a BCBA who prefers a focused clinical scope with flexibility, rather than carrying a full direct caseload. Position Overview: The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain quality assurance across cases. Mid-level supervisors will support the majority of ongoing supervision and parent training, allowing the BCBA to focus on high-level clinical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide clinical oversight and required supervision hours • Review and ensure quality of treatment plans, reports, and documentation • Support and guide mid-level supervisors as needed • Make data-driven clinical decisions and adjust programming • Ensure compliance with payer requirements and documentation standards What This Role Is NOT: • This is not a high-volume direct therapy role • This is not a full caseload supervision position • This role focuses on clinical leadership and efficiency, not micromanagement of day-to-day sessions Qualifications: • Active BCBA certification (BACB) • Experience with ABA assessments, treatment planning, and supervision • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently • Experience with caregiver training and telehealth is a plus • Ability to work within a structured, team-based model Schedule & Compensation: • Part-time or contractor position • Approximately 6–8 hours per week (with opportunity to grow) • Flexible scheduling (telehealth-friendly) Base Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Flexible schedule • Paid sick time Application Question(s): • Are you comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor, managing your own schedule, documentation, and tax obligations? • What hours are you available to work?
