We are actively hiring for multiple banking back-office and operations roles supporting a top financial institution. These positions offer excellent exposure to core banking functions, compliance, and customer support in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Banking Operations Specialist Include:
• Support online banking platforms for consumer and business accounts
• Process wire transfers (Domestic & International) and ACH transactions
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and internal messaging systems
• Assist with debit card services, troubleshooting, and account maintenance
• Perform data entry, account reviews, and documentation verification
• Review new account openings (Deposit, IRA, HSA, Loans, Safe Deposit Boxes) for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and update customer information within core banking systems
• Review escrow accounts (PMI, taxes, insurance) and monitor past-due items
• Support fraud prevention efforts through transaction and documentation review
• Communicate with branch teams to resolve discrepancies and missing information
• Assist with bank conversions, system updates, mergers & acquisitions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required reporting
