• *About The Role**
We are actively seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations for our self-perform concrete projects. This pivotal role requires a professional with a strong background in general contracting and concrete construction, capable of leading and coordinating on-site teams to ensure project success.
The Concrete
Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence project outcomes directly, lead diverse teams, and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge of concrete operations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • *Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in construction, with at least three years in a lead superintendent role overseeing concrete operations. Familiarity with scheduling tools, project cost control practices, and safety regulations is essential. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain thorough safety documentation
• Supervise multiple trades, providing guidance and resolving on-site issues promptly

• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement on-site
• Review and approve work plans, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
