B2B Paid Media Specialist - 100% Remote

Salary Range • $85,000 - $95,000 Are you passionate about paid media? Join our 100% remote team! Smartegies is a strategic marketing consultancy tailored to the commercial real estate, design, and construction industries. Over the past 18 years, Smartegies has partnered with 300+ professional service brands across the U.S. and Canada, guiding them through growth and transformation. Our team delivers high-impact strategies and campaigns that help our clients grow. This is a full-time, remote role. We prefer someone in the Eastern or Central time zone. Some travel is expected for client meetings and team time. You’ll be working directly with clients—often CEOs, principals, and senior leaders—helping them figure out how to use paid media to influence buying behavior. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Building digital and media strategies that put our clients in front of the right accounts earlier in the buying process • Recommending how to invest across paid, organic, and ABM efforts • Making sense of performance data and turning it into a clear direction • Sitting in the room with leadership and advising them on what to do—and why it matters What You Need to Bring You need real depth in: • Paid media strategy • Media planning and buying • Programmatic and digital channels • Account-based marketing And just as important, you need to be able to connect all of that to business outcomes—not just metrics. We’re looking for someone who: • Has 5-10 years in B2B marketing • Has at least 3 years of focused on digital advertising • Knows how to plan and optimize media—not just manage vendors • Has experience with targeted, account-driven campaigns • AEC experience is helpful, but not required. What Matters Most You’ll do well here if you: • Can tie marketing activity to pipeline, not just performance reports • Are comfortable challenging senior leaders and guiding the conversation How We Work We’ll teach you our framework, but we expect you to bring your own point of view.
