**About the Role**
As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you will be responsible for owning critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy for our Going Out product. You will report to our Director of In-Store and work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing customer experience strategies to drive engagement and retention
* Collaborating with product and engineering teams to design and implement new features and experiences
* Analyzing customer data and behavior to inform business decisions and optimize customer journeys
* Designing and executing experiments to test new products and features
* Working with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing and communications plans
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and sales teams

**What We're Looking For**
* 4+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, or related fields
* Proven track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
* Experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels
* Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to perform complex functions; SQL knowledge a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
