A growing Maryland law practice is hiring an associate attorney to join a systematized, high-volume foreclosure and real estate litigation operation. We're scaling to handle a large docket and looking for someone ready to take on meaningful responsibility within a well-run, process-driven practice.
This is a strong fit for a recent grad or attorney with a few years of experience who wants real ownership early, clear systems to work within, and room to grow as the practice grows. You'll work a high-volume foreclosure pipeline — notices, affidavits, and judgment proceedings — with training and supervision, and take on more complex matters over time.
Requirements:
• Admitted to the Maryland bar
• Strong writing, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable with high-volume, deadline-driven work
• Confident with court appearances and communicating with opposing parties
• Foreclosure, real estate, or litigation exposure a plus but not required
Remote within Maryland. Compensation starts at $100,000, with room above for candidates who bring relevant experience and skill-set.
