Position Summary:
This position has overall responsibility for the management of the NYC Housing Lottery projects, to include advertisement campaign, lease up and compliance reporting.
Essential Functions:
Prospect, market and track potentially eligible applicants
Create, review and maintain Open Marketing listings on MGNY’s listings site
Perform Application Document Review
Collect required income and asset documentation from the applicants
Perform third-party verification of all income and assets utilizing the required forms
Conduct or delegate appointments with eligible prospects
Manage a schedule of weekly eligibility and apartment viewing appointments
At times perform on-site or virtual walk-throughs of the apartments
Manage assigned residential development projects
Maintain proper documentation of marketing process to demonstrate compliance with NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development requirements
Interact and coordinate with housing assistance case managers, as well as corresponding agencies such as NYCHA Section 8, HPD Section 8, and HRA
Respond to general questions about the process to either clients, applicants, or potential applicants
Prepare rent-stabilized leases and schedule lease signing
Interact with landlord-clients, including follow-up with rent rolls and other deliverables as needed
Prepare and submit reports to the City agencies and clients
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree in relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
