Job Responsibilities** * Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the allocated area for all product lines. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize market share and growth. * Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. * Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Provide product information, technical support, and promotional materials to customers. * Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management. * Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to implement promotional activities and product launches. * Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. * Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus. * 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role. * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and industry regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work independently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
