We’re looking for a high-energy, driven appointment setter to work directly with the founder of a growing advisory firm focused on helping $1M–$30M business owners scale.
This is not a corporate SDR role.
You’ll be reaching out to real business owners, starting real conversations, and booking qualified calls that lead to paid workshops and long-term advisory relationships.
If you’re sharp, competitive, and want to be close to high-level business conversations, this is a strong opportunity. This position has the opportunity to lead the Sales for the company in the near future with even larger potential compensation.
What You’ll Do:
• Outbound calls to business owners (primary channel)
• LinkedIn outreach and follow-up
• Text/email follow-ups to warm prospects
• Book qualified calls (not just fill calendars)
• Work directly with the founder to refine messaging and approach
What This Is NOT:
• Not a script-reading role
• Not a “spray and pray” sales job
• Not a low-impact admin position
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communicator (clear, confident, direct)
• Comfortable on the phone
• Competitive and driven by results
• Able to handle rejection without slowing down
• Coachable and willing to improve quickly
Experience is a plus—but not required.
Compensation:
• Base salary + performance-based commission
• On-target earnings: $65K–$85K+
• Strong performers will exceed this

• Remote, with preference for NJ/NY area
