We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to help generate qualified sales meetings for Caiman Security.
The ideal candidate has experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting for SaaS, technology, IT services, MSP, or cybersecurity companies. This role requires strong communication skills, discipline, and the ability to confidently speak with business decision-makers.
Responsibilities
•Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects
• Use Apollo.io to identify, manage, and contact leads
• Use Trellus or similar power dialer tools for high-volume calling
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Maintain accurate notes and activity records in CRM/sales tools
• Communicate Caiman Security’s value clearly and professionally
• Work toward weekly and monthly meeting-booking targets
Requirements
• Experience in cold calling and outbound sales
• Experience appointment setting for SaaS, technology, IT, MSP, or cybersecurity companies
• Hands-on experience using Apollo.io
• Experience using Trellus or another power dialer is strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, IT leaders, and operations teams
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent with outreach
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, SaaS, or IT services is a plus
