Why we are looking for support
We are looking for an Analytics & AI Consultant or Manager to join our Consumer Goods Analytics Practice in Greece.
The role focuses on helping clients improve commercial decision-making by connecting retail sell-out data, CRM and field sales data, trade promotion data, and operational data into usable analytical solutions and business insights.
This is not a pure data science role. Candidates are expected to understand how analytics supports commercial business processes and be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
Your tasks
Depending on experience level and role, responsibilities may include: Building dashboards and analytical reporting solutions
Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
Harmonizing fragmented commercial and retail datasets
Conducting pricing, promotion, and forecasting analysis
Designing KPI frameworks and commercial analytics models
Supporting TPM, RGM, and Retail Execution analytics initiatives
Translating business requirements into analytical solutions
Supporting AI and GenAI proof-of-concepts and implementations
Leading workstreams and coordinating delivery activities
Facilitating client workshops and stakeholder discussions
Supporting proposals and analytics solution scoping
Advising clients on analytics and AI transformation opportunities
More senior candidates are expected to take greater ownership of: Client communication
Workstream leadership
Solution architecture
Proposal development
Team coordination
Commercial advisory activities
Requirements
3-5 year of experience in analytics, BI, engineering, or consulting
Strong SQL and Excel skills
Strong analytical and modeling capabilities using Python or R
Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Exposure to FMCG, retails, CRM, or sales data environments is beneficial
Ability to independently manage workstreams and communicate with business stakeholders
Ability to connect analytics initiatives to measureable business outcomes
A plus would be an understanding of Consumer Goods commercial processes
