Qualifications Basic Requirements: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with an ability to communicate clearly and professionally. • Technical Setup: Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). • Availability: Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on customer volume. Preferred Skills: • A "Customer Obsessed" mindset—you enjoy helping people and solving puzzles. • Strong "Computer Fluency"—comfort switching between multiple browser tabs and software programs quickly. • Self-discipline to manage your time effectively without a physical supervisor present.
