ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Amazon Operations Coordinator to serve as the right hand to our Head of Operations. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role at the center of our day-to-day execution — you will keep systems running, people accountable, and processes moving forward. You will help in client onboarding and offboarding, operational workflows, ClickUp management, and cross-departmental coordination. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience with direct ownership of advertising strategy—not just campaign support • Proven track record managing $100K+ monthly Amazon ad spend; senior candidates typically oversee $150K–$500K+ budgets across multi-brand portfolios • Deep expertise in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaign management • Advanced proficiency in campaign structure design, search term analysis, keyword harvesting, negative keyword strategy, and bid optimization • Strong command of core advertising metrics—ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CVR—and the ability to speak to them fluently with clients and stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting strategy and results • Self-directed and independent—you manage your workload, flag issues proactively, and you communicate what support do you need from the team. Nice to Haves • Amazon DSP experience or familiarity—retargeting, upper-funnel display and video advertising • Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)—customer journey insights, audience analysis, advanced attribution • Experience managing advertising across multiple brands or agency-side environments simultaneously KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own end-to-end Amazon PPC strategy across assigned accounts—campaign structure, keyword strategy, bid management, and performance optimization • Build and refine campaign architectures that scale efficiently, balancing profitability with growth targets • Conduct regular search term analysis, keyword harvesting, and negative keyword reviews to keep campaigns clean and profitable • Monitor and report on key KPIs (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, spend pacing) with clear, actionable insights delivered to clients and internal teams • Collaborate with account managers to align PPC strategy with listing optimization, promotions, and inventory planning • Identify opportunities to test and iterate—new ad types, audience targeting, bid strategies, and placement tactics • Contribute to client-facing reports and strategy calls with clear communication and data-backed recommendations • Stay current on Amazon advertising updates, algorithm changes, and platform features that affect campaign performance WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • Ad accounts you manage consistently hit or exceed target ACoS and TACoS benchmarks • Campaigns are structured cleanly, optimized regularly, and supported by clear documentation • Clients receive proactive, data-backed updates—you surface insights before problems become issues • You operate independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver on commitments without follow-up • You contribute ideas that improve team processes, client outcomes, or platform strategy • You grow with the role—staying sharp on platform changes and continuously raising the bar on what you deliver TERM OF ENGAGEMENT • Contract Type: Independent Contractor - Exclusive at Amazon Growth Lab • Location: 100% Remote • Schedule: Monday to Friday • Working Hours: Within 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time • Time Tracking: Time Doctor For FASTER application process, please complete this form: https://forms.clickup.com/9017022429/f/8cq9nyx-151417/1HCKOED55IOM128OR8 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid time off Application Question(s): • What was the largest Amazon brand revenue you were responsible for advising on?
