Position Summary The AI Studio Intern – AI & Business Strategy Analyst is a hands-on, high-impact internship designed for an analytically driven student who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, financial analysis, and emerging technology. This is not a passive internship – you will contribute directly to AI Studio’s operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and organizational skills, a natural curiosity for how AI is transforming industries, and the professionalism to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will work directly with leadership, gaining rare exposure to the full scope of an AI Center of Excellence. This internship is a remote/hybrid position. Key Responsibilities As is typical in most startup environments, this is a fluid business with targeted responsibilities including but not limited to the following: • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the development and maintenance of AI Studio’s financial models and forecasts. Contribute to financial planning processes that inform strategic and operational decisions. • Share Drive Organization & Company Record Optimization: Audit, organize, and optimize AI Studio’s shared digital drive to ensure a clean, intuitive, and scalable file structure. Develop and implement naming conventions, folder hierarchies, and document management best practices. Maintain company records and ensure documentation is current, accessible, and properly archived. • Strategy & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on AI trends, competitor activity, and the credit union landscape to inform strategic planning. Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership. Support the development of AI Studio’s strategic frameworks and go-to-market positioning. • Consulting Artifacts and Execution: May assist in the development and refinement of key consulting documents including Statements of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreements (MSA), project plans, and status reports. Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all client-facing and internal consulting deliverables. Support project management activities to keep client engagements on schedule and on target. • Best Practice Documentation & Customer Insights: Assist with research, draft, and refinement of best practice guides, frameworks, and thought leadership documents for distribution to AI Studio’s credit union clients. Collaborate with leadership to translate complex AI and business concepts into accessible, actionable content. Help identify trends and patterns in client feedback to support AI Studio’s continuous improvement efforts. • Special Projects: Contribute to additional ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as identified by leadership. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in taking on projects that support AI Studio’s mission and growth objectives. Serve as a collaborative, resourceful team member willing to step up wherever the work demands. Qualifications Education & Experience • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Preferably majoring in Business Analytics, Sales, Marketing, or Finance. • Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred; demonstrated academic excellence in detail-oriented coursework. • Prior internship, work, or leadership experience in a professional or consulting environment strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies • Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and data interpretation, with proficiency in Excel and/or other analytical tools. • Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from multiple sources to support data-driven recommendations. • Strong written communication skills: able to produce clear, polished, professional documents tailored to varied audiences. • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Comfortable working across digital platforms, file management systems, and productivity tools; familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus. • Exposure to or interest in consulting frameworks, client deliverables, and structured problem-solving. • Genuine interest in AI, fintech, and the credit union industry; proactive approach to learning and contributing.
