Description:
• Develop GenAI solutions for customer problems using the latest techniques from Mosaic AI Research.
• Own production rollouts of consumer-facing and internally facing GenAI applications.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across multiple domains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap.
• Present at conferences and represent the team as a thought leader internally and externally.
• Support internal subject matter expert teams on customer engagements and technical initiatives.
Requirements:
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government Secret clearance are required; active Secret or higher clearance is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with U.S. federal civilian, state, or local agencies.
• Experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning, with tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Experience deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
• Extensive hands-on industry data science experience with tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience communicating and teaching technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for collaboration, lifelong learning, and driving business value through AI.
• Preferred: Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark to process large-scale distributed datasets.
