Job Description:
• Audit workflows across teams, identify inefficiencies, and recommend AI-powered solutions that have a real impact on how people work
• Develop training materials, best practice guides, and workshops that drive meaningful adoption of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others
• Identify opportunities for custom plugins or automations, and work with the tech team to scope and build solutions that go beyond out-of-the-box functionality
• Stay sharp on the latest AI releases and industry developments, and bring that knowledge back to the organization in actionable way
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Requirements:
• Direct experience using AI tools in your own work, or building AI-powered workflows for a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, structured approach to tackling new challenges
• A track record of successfully training others on a tool or skill
• Familiarity with how engineering and product teams operate
• Clear, confident communicator who works well across teams and functions
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI — you follow the space closely and bring real opinions to the table.
• Experience rolling out a new tool or product to 15 or more people (preferred)
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating at all levels, from individual contributors to executives (preferred)
