About the role
The Advisor Specialist is a high-impact growth role focused on supporting and expanding relationships with licensed insurance brokers and benefits advisors. We’re looking for someone who understands the world of employee benefits, group health insurance, and broker sales—and can use that experience to help advisors grow production, close more business, and strengthen client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Life & Health insurance broker, benefits consultant, or advisor support specialist and thrives in a relationship-driven, B2B sales environment. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to advisors by helping them position solutions, navigate sales opportunities, and drive growth in the small and mid-sized employer market.
This position is based in St. George, Utah (in-person or hybrid), or Dallas, Texas (fully remote).

Partner with advisors throughout the sales cycle, including plan positioning, quoting strategy, underwriting discussions, and objection handling
Use your employee benefits expertise to help advisors confidently present group health solutions to employer groups
Coach advisors on differentiators, value positioning, and sales strategies that improve close rates
Analyze advisor production and pipeline activity to identify growth opportunities and improve engagement
Collaborate with advisors on renewal strategies, prospecting efforts, and account retention initiatives
Reinforce consistent sales activity through follow-up, accountability, and pipeline management
Support onboarding and ramp-up of new broker partners with a focus on early production success
Identify trends, objections, and market feedback to help refine sales messaging and advisor enablement strategies
