Advertising Sales- Work Remote

About the position Guide Book Publishing, an industry leader since 1991, is seeking a strategic Advertising Account Executive. This is a remote, full-time role where the sales team moves to new assignments every 2-3 weeks, focusing on helping local businesses across 24 states reach "micro-communities" through high-quality direct-mail advertising. The role involves a mix of high-energy outreach, market research, and contract execution, offering flexibility for self-motivated individuals. Responsibilities • Identify and close new advertising partnerships to meet production goals. • Educate local business owners on the ROI of being featured in community guides and directories. • Act as the primary liaison between clients and operations staff to ensure an excellent experience. • Nurture and maintain large-scale accounts within your metro area. • Manage contracts and paperwork accurately and return assignment materials via USPS upon completion. Requirements • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (or equivalent education). • Proficient in Excel, scanning, email, and PDF management. • Strong ability to calculate discounts and commissions accurately. • Persuasive verbal skills and clear, professional written communication. • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance. • Requires Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance • Frequently required to sit and utilize a keyboard and phone.
