Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support to the Landlord Tenant practice group
- Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding status of their cases and settlement offers
- Check court website for case statuses
- Process the department e-service email address
- E-file with State courts
- Complete other miscellaneous projects and duties
Skills
- Previous law firm experience
- Customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience e-filing
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
- ProLaw experience
