Ad Creative Editor for Beauty Brand

We’re looking for a highly creative marketer who knows how to turn raw assets into high-performing beauty ad creatives. You should be experienced in: Writing catchy ad copy and hooks Creating static ad creatives Editing short-form video ads (TikTok, Meta, etc.) Turning raw footage/assets into conversion-focused campaigns Understanding U.S. beauty audiences, trends, and aesthetics Building creatives that feel native, emotional, and scroll-stopping This is NOT a “just make it look pretty” role. We need someone who understands performance marketing and knows how to create ads that convert.
