We’re looking for a highly creative marketer who knows how to turn raw assets into high-performing beauty ad creatives.
You should be experienced in:
Writing catchy ad copy and hooks
Creating static ad creatives
Editing short-form video ads (TikTok, Meta, etc.)
Turning raw footage/assets into conversion-focused campaigns
Understanding U.S. beauty audiences, trends, and aesthetics
Building creatives that feel native, emotional, and scroll-stopping
This is NOT a “just make it look pretty” role.
We need someone who understands performance marketing and knows how to create ads that convert.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of U.S. beauty consumer culture and marketing language
Proven beauty industry experience, such as skincare, cosmetics, supplements, or wellness brands
Strong portfolio of ad creatives
Comfortable working fast and iterating
Familiar with current beauty ad trends across Meta/TikTok
Ability to ideate hooks and concepts independently
Native-level U.S. English fluency
