Most Account Manager jobs either pay $60K to $80K base with no real upside, or require constant cold outbound. We offer neither.
You inherit a book of 40 warm clinic clients. Your job is to retain them, close their renewal contracts, expand their service footprint, and generate referrals. Your compensation scales with how well you do that.
Compensation
On-target earnings: $65,000 to $80,000 in year one. Top performers cross $100,000 by year two.
Base salary: $36,000 per year.
Variable compensation: Renewal commissions on every 6-month and 12-month contract you close. Profit share on retained book revenue, paid monthly. Service upsell commissions on every add-on closed. Flat referral bonus plus profit share on new accounts you bring in.
This is a base plus heavy variable structure. We intentionally pay less base than typical agency Account Manager roles and significantly more variable. If your close rate is strong, you make more here. If you coast, you make less. About Clinic Growth Accelerator
Clinic Growth Accelerator (CGA) is a performance marketing agency serving 70+ cash-pay healthcare clinics nationwide. We run Meta advertising for chiropractic, dental, med spa, pain management, and wellness practices. Founded by Nick Urso and Jeff Van Kampen. Small, lean, profitable, and growing. We're hiring two Account Managers to handle continued growth.
Responsibilities
• Own the full client lifecycle for 40 active clinic accounts, from onboarding through long-term retention
• Run weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly performance review calls with clinic owners (5 to 10 calls per day)
• Close 6-month and 12-month renewal contracts. This is your highest-leverage and highest-paid activity
• Identify and close service upsells across your book
• Generate referrals through a structured ask process
• Take inbound client support requests and coordinate with media buying and operations
• Partner with media buyers to diagnose underperforming accounts and recommend test strategies
• Monitor client health, flag at-risk accounts early, and execute save strategies before churn
Required qualifications
• 2 to 5 years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience with quota or expansion responsibility
• Track record of closing renewals, expansions, or upsells with measurable results
• Comfort with consultative B2B sales conversations
• Ability to translate marketing performance data into business outcomes for non-marketing audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-directed across multiple parallel client relationships
• Comfort with variable compensation tied to performance
• Available to work 9am to 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday
Preferred qualifications
• Inside sales experience at a marketing or advertising agency
• Familiarity with Meta advertising, paid social, or performance marketing
• Background in healthcare, dental, med spa, or wellness industries
• Experience with CRM platforms, GoHighLevel, or sales engagement tools
