About The Role The Account Manager at Leap Group plays a vital role in managing and nurturing client relationships, particularly within government and public sector accounts. This position requires a proactive and people-oriented professional who can understand client needs, coordinate internal resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions. The Account Manager acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing strategic guidance, managing project timelines, and overseeing campaign execution. This role involves engaging with clients at various levels, from junior to senior, and collaborating closely with creative, media, digital, and production teams to meet project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all deliverables align with client expectations and organizational standards. As a key member of our account team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our client partnerships while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
