Role Overview

The Account Manager will provide insights, observations, and recommendations for streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and maximizing results. This role reports to the Operations Director and will be supported by Account Coordinators and interns. Work can be conducted remotely or from BEM's workspace in East Nashville.

What You Will Do

The Account Manager will lead and manage client campaigns, maintain client retention, produce monthly reports, identify upsell opportunities, mentor account coordinators and interns, and contribute to process improvements.
