This role is focused on maintaining clear, professional communication, coordinating internally, and supporting the success of digital advertising campaigns. A background in marketing is helpful but not essential – we’re open to sharp, fast learners with strong people skills.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal team<br /> Provide timely and articulate responses to client inquiries<br /> Join occasional video calls with clients<br /> Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools<br /> Coordinate with the team to ensure client needs are communicated and met<br /> Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes<br /> Show leadership potential with the opportunity to grow into a management role</p> <p>Preferred Experience And Tools</p> <p>Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads</p> <p>Nice-to-have Experience With Tools Like</p> <p>Wave Apps<br /> Go High Level<br /> Agency Analytics<br /> Monday.com<br /> Hubspot<br /> Previous digital agency or marketing experience is a plus but not required</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Fluent, professional English communication<br /> Based in SA<br /> Own necessary tech ( laptop,webcam and headset)<br /> Reliable internet and backup power supply<br /> Proactive, accountable and eager to learn</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>$1500-$2500 USD/month based on experience<br /> Opportunities for bonuses and pay increases tied to performance<br /> Flexible public holiday options (US or South African calendar)</p>
