Role Overview A fast-scaling AI SaaS company is looking for an enterprise Account Executive. The platform helps large enterprises replace legacy CRM and BPM tools with a modern, AI-native alternative. This is a net new logo role for someone who knows the Bay Area enterprise market, has relationships at F500 companies, and is ready to sell something genuinely differentiated. Responsibilities Own a enterprise territory and drive net new logo acquisition Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, partner collaboration, and events Run full enterprise sales cycles ($100K-$250K ACV, 3-9 months) from first contact to close Engage CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and digital transformation leaders across target accounts Lead discovery, executive presentations, technical POCs, and contract negotiation Collaborate with partner ecosystem on co-sell opportunities Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and weekly reporting Travel up to 50% Requirements 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales, full-cycle, quota-carrying, net new focused Background at structured, outbound-first SaaS companies Strong outbound hunter - self-generates pipeline Average ACV $75K+; proven track record with 3-9 month enterprise cycles MEDDPICC or equivalent sales methodology High energy, executive presence, strong communication skills Willing to travel up to 50% Benefits OTE $300K-$350K (50/50 base/variable) Greenfield Southeast territory with strong partner pipeline support Presidents Club with industry-leading incentives Full remote
