About the Role

As an Account Advisor (Closer), you'll be the trusted guide for small business owners who are actively looking for strategic financial support. These are warm, qualified leads—businesses that already know they need help and are eager to speak with someone who understands their challenges and can point them toward solutions.

Your role is to lead powerful discovery calls, help potential clients uncover what’s holding them back, and enroll them into our high-impact CFO, accounting, and advisory services. You’ll do this using a heart-centered, ethical sales approach—no pressure, no gimmicks, just real conversations that lead to meaningful outcomes.

Our Recruitment Process

All applicants will be reviewed, and those moving forward will be invited to complete a brief one-way video interview. This includes five short questions to be answered via your webcam at your convenience. From there, selected candidates will be invited to participate in a series of 1-on-1 interviews.

Salary: $120,000-$200,000/yr.
