Job Description:
• Review and critique application documents and provide feedback to help students improve their applications.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their interview performance.
• Continuously demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring our students and improving our overall operations and impact as a company.
Requirements:
• Hold a PhD Degree, or are in the process of completing your PhD (preferably in Chemistry and/or Physics).
• Reside in the United States or Canada.
• Can commit to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Bonus if you can conduct same day services or within 12 hour notice periods.
• Bonus if you are fluent in French in addition to English.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and participate in self-directed learning.
• Possess tech-savviness.
• Do not work for other test prep companies.
• Seek a long-term role, not a short-term gig.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, verbal & communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, showing a strong work ethic and managerial attitude.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free private room with a door and access to an ergonomic setup and high-speed internet (minimum download speed of 10 Mbps).
