• Provide academic advising to enrolled and prospective students in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences.
• Analyze and process degree plans, graduation applications, grade changes, petitions, and readmission requests.
• Maintain and update student academic records throughout their academic careers.
• Support students on academic probation and financial aid reinstatements.
• Assist with orientation sessions for new and transfer students.
• Process Veteran's Administration paperwork and write graduation verification letters.
• May assist with student recruitment and deliver presentations at special events.
• Requires thorough understanding of an analytical, technical, or professional discipline, typically demonstrated by a related 4-year degree or equivalent specialized training.
• Minimum of one year of directly related job experience required; education may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Salary range is $38,100 to $42,850.
