About Matchly Staffing Solutions
Matchly is a specialized ABA staffing company helping therapy organizations find exceptional clinical talent — from Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
We are looking for an experienced ABA Recruiter who understands the industry, knows how to connect with clinical professionals, and can confidently manage the recruiting process from sourcing to placement.
The Role
As an ABA Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and placing qualified ABA professionals with growing therapy organizations.
You will work directly with candidates and clients to create strong matches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
• Source and recruit qualified BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA professionals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ABA talent
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and recruiting databases
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and qualification assessments
• Understand candidate goals, compensation expectations, location preferences, and career needs
• Present qualified candidates to ABA companies
• Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate information inside CRM/recruiting systems
• Develop relationships with ABA professionals nationwide
Requirements
• Previous recruiting experience in the ABA industry required
• Proven experience recruiting BCBAs and/or RBTs
• Strong understanding of ABA terminology, roles, and clinical hiring needs
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Preferred Experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apollo, Loxo, Apploi, or similar recruiting platforms
• Experience working with ABA therapy companies, clinics, or healthcare staffing
• Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
