Agents with this mentality, work ethic, and effort will earn no less $100K and as high as$250K+ per year.

Key Responsibilities
• Educate clients on Medicare benefits, Ancillary products and coverage options.
• Present plans and make personalized recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all Medicare regulations and deadlines.
Legal & Licensing Requirements
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must hold a valid life and health insurance license.
• Must have 2026 AHIP certification or obtain it before hiring.
• Licensed in multiple states. Minimum 5 states. Preferable 10+
Experience Requirements
• Previous 3+ year experience in sales is preferable. At least 1+ year required.
Technical & Work Setup
• Basic computer navigation skills required.
• Skilled at multitasking using multiple computer screens
• You'll need your own equipment. Two screens recommended.
• Fast internet connection. REQUIRED to be hardwired / ethernet connected.
