We are building a performance-driven recruiting group focused on direct hire placements in IT and Healthcare and are looking for experienced recruiters who can operate independently and drive results.
This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity designed for recruiters who want to maximize earnings through placements — not hourly work.
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically looking for recruiters who can:
Option 1: Full-Cycle Recruiting (Preferred)
• Reach out to hiring managers and secure job opportunities
• Build client relationships and bring in direct hire roles
• Source, screen, and place candidates
• Manage the full hiring process from intake to placement
Option 2: Client Acquisition Only
• Focus strictly on business development
• Connect with hiring managers and bring in job orders
• No candidate sourcing required
Compensation
• 20–25% placement fee charged to client (direct hire only)
Your Earnings:
• 50% commission – Full-cycle (bring client + fill role)
• 20% commission – Client acquisition only (bring job order)
•High earning potential per placement
•No cap on commissions

• 100% commission-based (no base, no hourly)

Process & Tools
• All roles, candidates, and placements tracked via Google Sheets for full transparency
• Candidate submission system for ownership tracking
• Communication handled through Slack
Payment Terms
• Net 30 after client payment
Requirements
• Experience in IT and/or Healthcare recruiting
• Strong ability to source clients and/or candidates
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and outreach
